The 1250 is a good pump, but the 1260 dumps too much heat into the water. Stay away from that one.
FLuid XP looks nice, but it's way overpriced. Distilled water and some sort of growth inhibitor (water wetter, antifreeze, etc.) will do just fine.
BIX2 vs. BIX3. You won't get much temp decrease by going to the larger rad, you get diminishing returns. Heater cores are cheaper and take up less space than both, and work pretty well.
You can put the pump anywhere in the case really. Order of components isn't of extreme neccessity but people tend to go res-pump-rad-CPU block-other blocks in series.
ok i bought all my parts i got the dd rbx, Eheim 1250, the fluid xp that should be here today, it took the company i ordered it from over a week just to get it to ups and on the way here. on the rad i went wiht the ThermoChill HE120.3 still a 3x 120mm fan rad but wiht the stand i made space really isnt a problem :attn:

the pump, and rad are mouned in a stand that the computer case is now bolted to. i will try and put some pics up later today when i get it up and running
nice box. is that wood? ;-)
Looks like you did a good job, is this your first wc rig? But if i may suggest something, that you clean up all your 12v cords :) it looks really messy. but the water block with the green zip ties is a nice added plus. :D good job
yes its wood i painted it even thow the rad and pump scrached it a little but thats ok.. i cleaned up the wiring a little and this is my 2nd.. the first was badly setup and i didnt use the right mix of water so after a while my lines got all covered in lime from tap water and the water block started eating the rad.. it was a very early dd setup one of the cube rads they use to have to bad now that i got this nice setup my chip dont oc very well, i think it might be my memory but i cant get the fsb up past like 210 it boots to windows but i run prime95 and it locks so i got it at 205fsb 2.254ghz x11 1.66volts( its locked or my board sux http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=349655 ) its a soyo dragon ultra platum i was thinking of getting a abid nf7-s ppl have said good things about it..

I like it except that 3 barbed waterblock. I don't understand why people use it... no performace increase and it creates more problems.

Thats far too broad a statement, it depends on the design of the block.
well i used that block because it was the best perfomance block accoriding to overclockers waterblock test.. that has a low pressure drop. the only one that ranks better is the Hydrocool Hydro-Stream Waterblock but its .12cw and the one i have is .13cw but the hydrocool one has a pressure drop of 3.50psi and mine is only .59psi
