Im looking into getting a 6600gt agp for xmas, im prolly goin 2 buy from newegg, and they offer a Chaintech 6600 gt agp, a Apollo gt agp, and an XFX 6600 gt agp.

Which would be the best one there to oc? and most reliable?

I would prob get the XFX only because its cheaper, i never heard of Apollo, chaintech iv always heard people say to stear away from thier stuff.

is apollo ne good at all?
I was looking at their 6800 reg. at newegg from 280$ and their heatsink looks big and agressive?

as of today @ gameve the XFX 6600GT is backordered... went to order my jewel and I was like... wtf...

Do not even look at apollo, I have a MX-440DDR and it only ran on my MSI K7T Turbo2

IMHO the plain 6800 is the best choice here, it was mentioned in many threads like this one.. but this time I'm the first to tell ;).

Get the XFX if you can find one, or the BFG 6600GT OC if there are any available.

I ordered my XFX 6600GT from ZipZoomFly the other night...

I also ordered my mobo from ZZF in august... they're okay... 2nd day shipping is a joke, I can order thursday... and it gets there the following thursday

check today's (sunday's) paper... i saw the 6800 NU for 200 in cicuit city or best buy or compusa or somewhere...
