has anybody found a way to put a fan guard on an sk6 yet because i just ordered one and i dont like to chop wires and fingers off

Should be able to get a 60mm fan guard and stick it on there.

really cause the wire comes up over the holes and you cant screw into them

can't you just move the wires over to one side or take them away from the top on most case fans there is a dent were the wire can poke down the other way.....

umm im talkin about ther wires that connect the heatsink to the fan

Oh, I see what you're saying. You could probalby just have those hold your fan guard down. :)

ooh thanx i never thought of that ill try it when i get my sk6 soon hopefully cause i ordered air mail and planes wont be back up until 12:30 tomarrow so it wont ship untiuo tomarrow wich really sucks

If those springs dont stretch enough to hold down the fan guard you could always just use a little silicone adhesive or Superglue to glue the fan guard in place........Where theres a will there's a way.:)

I have an SK6 and I tried just sticking a 60 MM guard under the fan clips.... it kinda bent the casing of the fan enough that the fan blades were scraping the casing so I took it off..... I'm not totally sure, but it may work with a fan that has a stronger casing. (Mine was a YS Tech 40 CFM)
