Hi guys, I need some help here.
When I connect my TV to my TV out I get strange black/white bar on the TV going up or down slowly, it is very faint but it still bothers me.
It shows up no matter what I'm watching, cable or a feed from the computer.
Any how I've looked around and places say that its called "Cable Hum" and it happens when there are two things connected to the TV and each is grounded to a different resistance anyhow I tried disconnecting everything from the tv except the computer and I still have the same thing no change.
Anyone had this problem before? I Could use some help.
