PQI Samsung TCCD?

I want to run the system in my sig at a 5:4 divider so that I can keep the 2-2-2-5 timings, I saw a few instances where PQI ram was able to do just that. Is it a normal thing for them to do this or are some of these just the luck of the draw? If not can you suggest a different brand of RAM to use?

The PQI Turbo DDR400 is TCCD, so it should be able to do 2-2-2-5 with a 5:4 divider in most cases.

most pqi runs to about 220 mhz @2.2.2.5 so in 5/4 u should be good up to around 270 fsb
