tweaker utility - which one?

hi. ive been using RIVATUNER to overclock and set my video card and driver and get well used with it. im wondering if there is any other application better than it. i noticed the GeForce tweaker on another thread. could anyone recommend a better utility to tweak and set the video card and driver better than RIVATUNER?
