I am looking for a bandwidth monitor that will tell me the actual processes that are using my bandwidth at any given time. I already have Bandwidth Monitor installed, which is telling me that I am using a few hundred K of upstream constantly. I would like to know what is using this, but BMP does not give me processes.

Thanks for the help in advance:)

Is that the monitor you are using, I havnt used it but it might help.
Also http://www.majorgeeks.com/download2513.html will allow you to watch activity on ports, if this helps any

yeah, that first one is the one I'm using, and the second will show ports, but I'm wondering if anyone has seen a utility that will provide a process name with the port used, or just a list of proggys currently using the connection

NetStat Live! from AnalogX (www.analogx.com). Pretty nice program and completely freeware...without the ads!

I don't think it shows which processes are using bandwidth, but it's still a good monitor.
