once i cut the holes? where i want them make a window desing and get trim for the window ( to hide the scratches of the dremel ). how would one attactch the trim & molding to the aluminum ( and allso same question for the lexan window i will be using ).

C-moulding usually has a gel adhesive inside of it or is so closely toleranced that you don't need anything extra to keep it in place.
And H-moulding is either closely toleranced or includes a locking strip.

Of course it's always best to simply file and sand the edges until their smooth and even. Otherwise your moulding could mount unevenly.

yeah, your local auto parts store should have some door trim molding that works great. Its the c type that slug mentioned. It has this gooey stuff in it that attachs well. You can also easily peel it off and reapply it. I liken the gooey stuff to the sticky stuff on the back of credit cards when you get them in the mail.

Yeah, I used some chrome door trim from Autozone (bling!!! :attn: ):D

Works well and looks good.....about the window, I just got some industrial velcro from Home Depot and put one side on the door and the other on the window. It's worked for about 5-6 months now with no problems, so it's a decent solution for attaching the window.
