My Athlon 1.2@1.2 is running a bit hot 52C at idle the, heatsink is an ORB I am still waiting for the global win CAK38 to arrive.
Anything you guys suggest other than that,

I can feel the hot air being pumped out by the PSU fan and the other case fans

try takin the side of your case off, and see if that helps,
The orb does suck as far as chip cooling, "Great for v cards so far"
it could be a lack of air flow through your case causing it also.

The PSU will push hot air out because it is always hot in there, there's not much you can do about that.

try a few more case fans if your able to, if not get a dremmel and cut away, like I did:)

You may also want to try lapping the orb, it does help alot

I'd have to agree with the post about the orb stinking. It can't handle Athlons very well. Could also be a combination of that and the lack of case cooling.

U do have quite a big difference between idle and full load temps,
are u using some kind of cooling program?
If not, this could indicate, that your case is not good enough ventilated
Just a thought:)

If you're able to! try putting a 92mm case fand on the back of your case (if your case has the space) put it sucking the air out of the case, so that it can help the power supply from taking your hot air from the inside of your case.
That way your system temperatures can go down as well ;)

or get 2 comair fans from bgmicro.com for 8.95 each.

235 cfm

I have 2 on mine and I idle at 25C
full load 36C

not to mention how fast my temps drop back down to sub 30C

about 12 sec after turning off game
