my chip of my "good" videocard runs hot and i was wondering if there is any cooler for?
and if i remove the coolplate of the chip how can you put another one back one?? glue??

Some video cards have small holes in the PCB to affix a Heatsink via little pegs that stick through them and hold the heatsink tight against the chip. If you don't have those, you could use Arctic Silver Epoxy, get it from CrazyPC or several other places on the net - www.crazypc.com
Otherwise, I have heard of people putting thermal compound in the center of the chip, then superglue at the four corners and reseating the Heatsink, the thermal compound transfers the heat and the superglue holds the heatsink on... I'm not sure I'd trust it though...

when getting a heatsik remember that overclocking the ram improves more then overclocking the core, and that cooling the ram dosn't do much, some tnt chips are very concave, so lapp the core befor eyuo put on your heatink for cooling get a blue orb, it is probebly the only orb that is good at its job and like the others it looks cool
