Is it possible to increase Vcore voltage over 1.85 by connecting L7 bridge to something?. Or just close them.
I heard you can get to 1.95 Volt by doing this?
Is this true? If so how
Make them like this but only 1.85v
It might be easier to mod the voltage regulator thou and then you can get more than 1.85.

By mod the voltage regulator I assume you talk about modding the motherboard and that differes between motherboard models. Is this a very hard operation to do?. I have the iwill kk266 board
When modded can I change the voltage in bios or will it always be like 2.1 volt if that is what it has been changed to physically

I think probably when you heard you could get them to 1.95V the person meant with a certain mobo. Some mobos, rather than allowing a max voltage (usually 1.85), work by autodetecting the cpu default voltage, and then adding an amount to it depending on what you have set it to in BIOS. For example, the Epox 8K7A allows you to set between 0 and +0.4V above default voltage. This means that for a Tbird with 1.75V default (like the 1.4gigs), you can go to a max of 1.75+0.4, or 2.15V. Of course, if you then connect the L7s to get a default voltage of 1.85, the maximum setting you can choose would be 1.85+0.4, or 2.25V.
I think your mobo is most likely one which has a max voltage of 1.85 (most do), so you wouldn't gain anything from joining the L1s. Like Placid said, you'd have to do an actual voltage mod to the board to get any higher.

Oops, I was still writing my previous post when you must have made yours.
About voltage mods - you're quite right, there are differences between different boards. The first voltage mod I ever heard of was explained by Tom's Hardware, and was for the A7V. Since then people have done volt mods to many boards - I did one to my A7V, and I have done one to my KG7 as well (see sig). Basically it involves soldering a resistor to the feedback pin of the IC controlling the voltage, drawing off some current and fooling the chip into thinking it is actually supplying less voltage to the cpu than it really is. So it supplies a little more... depending on the value of the resistor used, you can get up to 2.3V (I've never heard of anyone going higher). Warning: raising the voltage above 2V should not be attempted unless you have good cooling. I'm able to keep my tbird at about 45C load with a full 2.11V running through the core - I'd say as long as you can stay below at least 45-50C at your new voltage, you should be alright.
There's plenty of articles around detailing volt mods for various boards (just do a search under google for something like "Voltage +mod" and maybe your mobo name as well). It involves very delicate soldering, and more than a few people have killed their boards attempting it. However, for an EE or someone with similar experience at soldering on the tiny scale of SMD components, it is not too hard.

*EDIT* you can still change the voltage in BIOS, though bear in mind that if you have the max voltage as 2.1 (like I do), then setting 1.85V in bios will give you 2.1, setting 1.8 would give 2.05, setting 1.75 would give 2.0 etc... you get the idea :)
