Ok i have done a lot with the CPU in overclocking...now i wanna move onto the memory.
i have a Kingston Value Ram 512mb and a PNY 256mb both PC2700.
ok my current settings are:

DRAM **** : 133Mhz
DRAM Timing : Auto by SPD
DRAM CAS Latency : 2
Bank Interleave : Disabled
Precharge to Active(TRP) : 2T
Tras Non-DDR400/DDR400 : 7T/10T
Active to CMD(Trcd) : 2T
DRAM Burst Length : 4
DRAM command rate : 2T Command

My current Fsb is 145.
anything i can do to this to optimize my ram better? im new to ram overclocking

PC2700 should be good to 166mhz. You'll have to loosen those timings for sure though if you want to run the memory at 166. Those are really tight timings.

Is your CPU unlocked?
