Uploaded WU, but can't get a new work unit?

Anyone know what the deal might be? I'm used to the fact of the server being down and being unable to upload WU's, but never had this happen. Uploaded WU, but then can't download new work. It times out for some reason.

Could the be getting ready to release 2.0 ?
