I seem to have topped out at 4.11Ghz on my 3.2E SL7KC with Zalman 7000CU. Is there any tips / tricks that can help me reach 4.2ghz? I havn't done a droop mod / sinked the mosfets. But, I doubt that could boost me to 4.2. What else can I do? Thanks.

Def try and sink your mosfets, they dropped my overall temp by 8C

There aren't many simple settings changes that will get you an extra 100 MHz of CPU speed. You could do it the traditional way, and just get more cooling...

In sig, 1.48V @ 45C Idle 55C Load

A droop mod will definately help you. Let me guess your vcore droops to about 1.35-1.37 under load? With the droop mod your vcore will droop to maybe 1.43-1.45 which will be a big help. Also unless you want to severly degrade the life of your mobo you would sink the mosfets. Even if you don't get any more overclock you will save severe strain and heat on those mosfets.

Also those temps are not that great. You would be amazed at what watercooling can do for you. I bet it would get you your 100mhz.

Good luck

Yeah, ive looked into watercooling but its too expensive. I dont have the funds cause I wasted it on my 3.2e lol.

Load CPU temps aren't bad. There is no magic bullet. Better PSU unit and better cooling are about all I can think of off the top of my head. Like improvements in case ventilation (duct mod if you haven't already done it) and definitely sinking up the mosfets. Not sure what brand 400w power supply you have, but I don't know of many 400w units that will handle a Prescott under extreme O/C conditions.

Its an 550W Antec Powering it. My 400W is for my other Intel system :).

I have the antec 550 and the 12v rails are a bit low at 11.8 - rock solid at 11.8 but a bit low. I've since found others with the same problem and someone has created a mod to adjust the rails at this link: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showpost.php?p=477130&postcount=1

I'm not sure it's going to help your OC but you might want to check your rails.
