You might wanna try Vendor Discussion.
At the mo, as you can probly tell, we're still in group therapy mode about what happened yesterday.

I'll second that one.
After dealing with Ncix.com a couple of times, I wouldn't recommend them...My husband actually went there a week after ordering..they told him that the stuff was on the way & then a few days later he called them & they had no clue about his order...I've also heard a few bad stories about them lately..there's a vendor review somewhere concerning them, I'll dig it up as soon as I can.

I live about 5 mins from them and they are certainly not the best to deal with. Returning things is an absolute mess. The customer is never right at that place, and I sense attitude from most of the employees :)
I don't like them at all, but thats my opinion, try atic.ca or a-power.com

Ive ordered from NCIX twice. No problems for me, ram arived next day and case took 5 or 6 days. I live out in Ontario though so i havent been in the store, havent had to return anything so cant comment on that. Ive heard some bad things about NCIX myself from the forums there (well you know the replys to the products).
