Well after the advice of many I bought an Alpha P1325s cooler w/YS fans.
Not only is it running cooler but I have gone down from 2.0v to 1.95v stable. It will also run now on 1.9v which it never did before.(but makes Prime95 fail) Not bad for an old PIII750 cbo slot1.

I bought my original one for $46 in the U.S. Last weekend, I saw one in a junk bin in Akihabara, Japan, for $17 U.S., and it included Sankyo Denki fans! So I picked it up as a spare for parts or for a second system.

I got a 700 cCO guaranteed to do 1001 from Compuwiz, but he said it needed 1.90 volts. But he was using a Golden Orb, so I am hoping with the PAL, I can hit the same speed with less voltage due to the better cooling.

From your experience, I might be able to make it at 1.85 volts or even lower (haven't installed it yet).
