I just started to folding and I got a nf7-s/2500m as a secondary rig...how do I get it to fold for me(and team 32 too) just type ine the same username?
what size of HDD you need minimum to fold? I got a few 1Gb drives I could use but I'm not sure they are big enough.
Also could a duron 900+socket A and a PII 333 slot 1(both will not be OCed since there respective mobo doesn't support it) be use to fold?

First off, WELCOME!
I am one of the top 20 producers of team 32. I use all XP stations, so I can only answer half of your questions for you.
If you have windows on the secondary machine, it's quite easy to get it up and running for Team 32. At the top of the folding forums page, is an installation guide made by Wedo. He has created a wonderful program called the "One-Click"
Go in there and download the single CPU version. Extract it into C:\Program Files\FAH and edit the client.cfg file with Notepad (Only use notepad to do this) and change the name from Wedo to the name you want to fold with. If you have larger than 512 MB RAM, change the Bigpackets=no to =yes.
As for the other machines, they are both capable of folding. Of course, the PII 333 may take a very long time to get a WU out, and may not be worth the cost of electricity to run it. It can, however be set to run WUs that have to limit to how long they take and you will get awarded points.
As for the Duron 900, it's a fine candidate! It won't need windows, and your 1 GB drive will be perfect for folding on it. I don't have the information on how to do it, but a ton of us do it, so someone will chime in to help with the how-to.

You could probably strip down windows to be small enough to fit on a 1GB drive, might have to use an older version of windows....
Or you could definitely use Linux to fold on a small hard drive.

I started out using the "Graphical Install" found here. http://folding.stanford.edu/download.html It's the easiest to use and figure out how to work. It's not the best for points though. Once youget used to the program, then you can start asking us abojt "One-Click" installs and "Borging" and things.
The actual Folding files themselves are not that large so even if you have an old PC with a 1Gb HDD it should work. (As long as you have enough space for the operating system and paging files!)
About OCing... Be carefull Folding with OC'd PCs. Folding on OC'd rigs sometimes fail alot (especially if you really OC'd it!). Stick with only PCs that are OC'd about 10% or less.
Finally, read through the stickies at the top of this section and they will answer 80% of your questions.
WELCOME TO THE FOLD!
