I used Memory Turbo 2. Although it was only a trial-period of 30 days, I'm probably going to buy it. I liked it a lot.

You can download it here (http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-10102-100-5067117.html?tag=st.dl.10000-103-1.lst-7-1.5067117) .

I use RAM IDLE from www.tweaknow.com I've used it for 2 years now and have had now problems. It has many functions to optimize your computer. You might like it.

I never really saw any difference from using Cacheman. It says it adjusts your Disk cache in RAM but darned if it really did anything.

Am I the only one, or is Cacheman just bogus?

I run this also. It doesn't seem to make much off a difference to my pC, but when I run windows (for 3Dmark2001), I like seeing how much RAM is free.

I also use cacheman. Are you seeting the things right? You should have the max disk cache at about 25% of system memory.

*also*

(sorry - forgot this)

I used to use MagnaRAM 97 on an old 486 w/ 8Meg of RAM , so I had 9Meg.

I ran it on my PC when it had (only ;-]) 128MB of RAM. It usually gave me a total of 160 - 230 MB of RAM. Wonder what would happen if I used it on my machine with 384Meg...

It compresses the RAM so more fits in.
