http://www.digital-daily.com/motherboard/abit-it7-max2-2/index06.htm

With a p4 3.0 Northwood socket478

Or should I just stick with ddr2700 ?

Basicaly im trying to match the Proxessor fsb (533) with the ddr mhz (533)
It should work right ?

This RAM will work, but it'll certainly be a waste of money. This chipset (i845PE) doesn't (officially) support higher than DDR333. It's possible this mobo is a good OCer, but I kinda doubt it. This chipset is quite old, haven't read anything about it recently.

As your CPU has 533 FSB it will work on your mobo. The 800 FSB-series won't work though, only P4s with 400 or 533 MHz FSB are compatible with this chipset.

At stock speeds, the memory speed will be DDR333 at most (and only single-channel). This will be the case if using your current CPU. So running memory/FSB in sync is not benefitial for this chipset, cause then you'd be stuck at 533/266. A 533/333-divider is the fastest available.
