How many fans in a H2O setup?

I have 9 case fans right now and Im not sure if I need that many for a h20 setup

my temps are 30-34case and 32-36 for cpu

what is a good case temp for a hot climate?

and will the case temp do anything to your computer if it gets to high?

planing on water cooling chipset and video card in the future so Im not worryed about heat on thim

I have two on my radiator and two (not counting PSU) cooling the case...but that's because I have a really, REALLY small cluttered area to get air through, so I kinda need to overpower it.
