I need a good budget (OVERCLOCKABLE) card and the ABIT 9550 GURU edition seems to be pretty good.
features:
-128mb/128bit
-magic jumper onboard (from 250/400 to 400/500)
-3.6ns samsung 275mhz ddr ram (+-550max)
-DUAL BIOS
-core/men frequency and voltage setting (by Xturbo vGURU software)
-smart fan
-Black Box and E-mail allerting for abnormal events
-6 oc programmable modes
-SMARTSHADER™ 2.0
-SMOOTHVISION™ 2.1
-HYPER Z™ III
-VIDEOSHADER™
-3 monitor support (norm/dvi/tv-out)
and at $136(AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS) i think this ones the winner..

that is a decent card it will play doom at 1024x768 with 2x aa with decent fps...but see if you can't find a 9700pro...or a referb 9800pro....or even a normal 9500 np or pro with the L shapped mem and flash it to a 9700...your call but yeah that car will work great

that looks nice.

I had the Asus 9550GE-TD and it did Pro speeds (400/300) pretty easily and without getting hot either.

My Jetway 9550 hit 440/300 & cost me $70. A better card would be the Gigabyte card (costs the same but is slightly better made). The Abit one is exceptional especially if you can find it for ~$100 on sale somewhere (iirc they retail for $130).
