Floppy Help

Ok I just installed this floppy and im in XP everything is working fine except the floppy, in windows it has the little activity light on non stop, its not flashing its just on and when I insert a floppy it dosent see it. Thaks for the help. BTW I bought the drive OEM because most floppys are pretty fool proof and do not need and special attention. :beer:

cable's plugged in backwards.
trust me on this one.
just unplug the cable from either end, flip it (the connector) around, plug it back in.
