This is odd....please help

O.K. I remember when I used to go into command prompt and flash my 6800GT's BIOS that way, with NVFLASH442 and now all I want to do is use Omniextreme to modify my existing BIOS and flash it to it, but I cant now, but this is strange because I did it about 48463892 times before, i turned off all my unncecessary process so they dont run in the background, is there a certain one i could of turned off to mess command prompt up for me? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

try using NIBITOR 1.9 and Nvflash 5.10, to flash using youre GT bios just type Nvflash BIOS.rom

I can do this through Windows right? Because thats how i was doing it before.

Do what through windows ? Flash the card ?

As i said in my guide youre soppose to go into DOS mod by rebooting the PC with a boot disk. Dont use the windows command promt as it isnt really DOS in windows XP.
