I had an experience with CompUSA also I bought a monitor from them and also bought a 2yr free replacement warranty. Well my monitor died and I went to return it and they tried to replace it with a cheap piece of s**t. I said HEY! I paid 500.00 for this this monitor and your giving me a 229.00 replacement,The manager said" at least your getting a new monitor" I don't think so.I'm having mine fixed.

I've found Compusa to be very good at replacing things. Sometimes you have to speak to the supervisor. I use the one in Rego Park (NY) often and I never hesitate to recommend them.

I still buy most of my stuff at PC Fairs though. It is tough to bargin at Compusa; they stuffy about that. "Well, what about if I take this also, what kind of deal can I get?" They look at you like you're crazy.
