Anyone have any experience with this fan?

http://2cooltek.safeshopper.com/6/257.htm?437

It is the only one I have seen like this. I like the idea of being able to connect it to the PS, but also being able to monitor the RPM through the Mobo.

I have decided I will be hooking this fan to a Thermalright SK6 heatsink.

I figure the setup should run around $50 shipped depending on where I buy, but at least I shouldn't have to worry about CPU heat anymore:)

Also, if anyone knows, where are the cheapest places to buy these two items?

Thanks!

they have that fan at svcompucycle.com and also check out the sk6 with a 80mm fan on it cuz that 40cfm fan is LOUD!

for cheap people the golden gate rocks :)

it would be a good idea to go to a computer shop in town. Because you dont pay for shipping and if the product is a lemon then you dont have to go through a hassel. Hope it helped :->

Yeah the guy above is right, get or built a fanadapter and install some 80 mm or even 92 mm fan, they are less noisy, and even more powerfull. Or get some Heasink like the Swifty or Alpha, where you can directly slap on some 80 mm fan

Just some things to consider
