is my dell 2001fp faulty?

Hi, i never really noticed this but when i drug a window in desktop it seems that the sides of the window are moving line by line, so while moving it looks like this:

ok maybe not THAT extreme, but its noticable, and also in benchmark such as 3dmark 2001se most of the object seems to move in blocks when its moving in the horiztal direction, like my pic above... i dont really know how to explain it, but i hope u understand me.

it can tbe my gfx card as ive had 2 on this now, x800pro vivo and x800xt pe!

any idea whats wrong? or is this another side effect of having an lcd?

but im using the 4.12 official drivers, and when i installed this i always use ati unstall tool, then boot in safe mode and use driver cleaner twice.

ill try 4.11 drivers, if not what do u guys think it is? its not really that noticable, but its there.

u know when u havnt installed any drivers? and when u move a windows it moves in blocks? its like that! just less noticeble, a lot less noticeble...

just installed 4.11 drivers and does the same thing... also tried it on my old crt monitor as a second monitor, and when i drag the windows around it does the same thing!!

please help guys... surely it can't be my x800xt pe?

Please tell us the rest of your setup. Are you running the latest mobo drivers? Def. sounds like a driver issue...

yeah, im using all the lastest drivers for mobo form this site here:

and im now on 4.11 catalyst, moved form 4.12 to see if anything would get better, and it didnt :/
