Can anyone tell me where i could find 99 percent Isopropyl. All i can find at my local drug stores are 91percent and 70percent? Or will 91 percent work fine?

91 will work fine

70 and 91 will work fine, they just take longer to dry (70 longer than 91, etc.). 99% can be had at lab supply stores and websites. You don't need to go through all that trouble for 99%.
