What size are the threads on my Maze2-1?

I want to replace my 3/8" barbs for 1/2" barbs, and i need to know in like 15 minutes. :(

I think there all the same but I could be wrong.....

Anyone know if Home Depot sells 1/2" barbs to a 1/4" thread? It'll be a pain for me to get there so i'd like to know beforehand. :)
