Hi guys/gals,

I have couple questions regarding my pqi turbo pc3200 2-2-2. I was able to get them running stable at [email protected] 3-4-4-11 timing (haven't try push them higher yet). I m thinking about running them at that speed, but my p4 can only run stable at 230mhz range. The only way I can utilize the speed is to run my cpu:mem ratio at 4:5.

So here are my questions:

1. If I keep them running at that speed and voltage, will it damage the memory in the long run? Like performance degradation or even permanent damage?

2. Right now, I am running 1:1 ratio on my p4 @ 230mhz 2.5-3-3-5. How much performance boost will I get if i run 4:5 (or is it 5:4), 228fsb on cpu and 285mhz on memory with 3-4-4-11 over my old setting?

Thanks guys/gals,
Happy holidays to all :santa2:
