Changing Directories

Okay, this time kind of fits in two sections but I will put it in this in this one. I just installed a slave drive, it's a 100GB Western Digital and I want to put my music on it. I want to create a folder on it called my music, but
I want to be able to click my music from Windows which is on the master drive and have it take me too the directory I made on my slave drive. I hope I am clear.
