It is hard to go wrong with TCCD based ram and the PDP/Patriot stuff sells for just a little more (220-230 or so at newegg) than what you've listed. Another alternative is the Kingston Hyper Ram PC3200A which ships mostly (only?) with Winbond CH-5 chips. It is currently available at Fry's Outpost for right at 180 per gig. The description does not show the "A" so it appears to be the version that has bh-5, not the ch-5 chips but if you look at the timings at PC3200 speeds you will see that this is not bh-5 ram. It is still decent stuff, however, it will usually need additional voltage over default amounts to get the timings where you want at the 230 fsb that you are looking for.

Your best best is still the TCCD based stuff, especially for that cpu/mobo combo as it provides much more headroom and I think you will find that you can go beyond 230 fsb with relative ease with your P4.

PQI also has decently priced PC3200 (2-2-2-5) and PC4000 (2.5-3-3-7) that uses the Samsung TCCD chips.
