F@H Lost my progress

I nearly had my first work unit done and next day when I come to check it's progress it's saying I haven't done any and I'm just starting.

Grrrr. This puts me off folding.

EDIT: And according to Electron Microscope my computer isn't folding though the core is running at max in the background.

Is your system 100% stable?

Like jon said, make sure your computer is stable. What version of F@H are you using? Also, make sure you only have one version running. Somehow I screwed up on on of my folding rigs and had 2 versions running at the same time! Once I got only one running it works.

Sounds like you might have an EMIII config issue, but as for the folding... can you please post what you FAHlog.txt says? That will help us determine if your computer is losing work due to instability. FAH can pick up instabilities that pass with Prime/memtest.

Don't be discouraged. FAH is a great thing to do and once you get the hang of it, its easy!:)
