Cooling opinion

Alright,
My goal is to keep my PC quiet.
I have a watercooling system set up right now.
I have 2 fans on my radiator and 1 fan exhausting air out the back.
I also have a waterblock on the Video Card.
Should I go ahead and add a fan to the side of the case to blow across the AGP slot ?

If your system's running hot with that setup you better quit now :p.

IMHO additional cooling's a waste of money.
