MY 1.2 Axia-Y cannot go any thing above 1.4. I've tried 1.41 and it locks up. I've even tried the voltage at 1.82 it is a no go. Anyone got any Ideas?

What is your RAM rated at CL2 or 3? 2 is faster but it dosn't like higher bus speeds, 3 is slower but usually likes higher bus speeds. It can make a real difference.

You probably wont get much more out of that chip without cooling it down more. With that being said, this is what you need to do:

Overclock it using the multiplier not the fsb that way you can find out the chips max with out any periphrials coming into play.

If you can get it higher using the multipier then go ahead and start to oc it using the fsb. First take out any pci cards. Then raise it a little at a time until you reach the max. Then start adding cards back in until you find out what is holding you back.

If you take out all your pci cards and such and still can not oc it as high as you can with the multiplier then you probably need to back down your memory timings.

cooling and ram are big influence on how well you can or allow to oc. bad cooling locks you pc. bad rams give you a low limit on the fsb.
btw, try lowering your multiplier and rise you fsb when oc.
