Just got a new P43.0Ghz with 1 mb cache and 800FSB and HT. My motherboard is a new 865perl and it says it supports the HT and 800FSB. installed the cpu but ti wont boot. i tried clearing the CMOS and even tried doing a recovery BIOS. but it wont even access the floppy drive. tried turning it on without the memory or video card installed and i dont even get the beps from the bios.... any suggestions? (I hope my board isn't dead cause I dont want to wait for shipping......)
