Don't know what FSP means, but both these PSUs are regular ATX according to the site.

FSP is part of the model name. I have a couple of old fsp psus. As far as I know they are part of the same company that does sparkle and fortron.

The models with ATX in the model number are bottom of the line for Fortron. Not too bad, but I prefer the FSP models.
