Have a system pull. Itz a socket 7 amd, mb is a giga GA-7ZX. Have no idea what it its, have a feeling its an 800. Here are the numbers off the chip:

A0800APT3B

AFEA0027CPBW

92007350032

I would also like to know what you think the potential of this chip is, any suggestions most appreciated.

The mb seems to be ok for adjusting fsb, with settings from 100 - 133, though incraments arent that great. Thanks in advance for suggestions.

You were right on the money assuming it was an 800.It's a 200mhz FSB(100x2)and it was made in week 27 of 2000'.You can check on the home page there's a link that has all the proccessors by steppings broke down as to what results people are getting OC'ing.

Don't expect too much from an AFEA core... it's a very early core TBird. Look for 900-950 MHz out of it, but not on that board, unless you pick up a golden socket for it. You don't have provisions to change multiplier on that motherboard.
