radeon 9600SE 128MB DDR vs nVidia Geforce FX5700LE 256MB DDR

ok well guys i have both of these cards and i get 99fps in TFC (Team Fortress Classic - STEAM) or so it sais and when i switched up with the FX5700LE it only showed up 60 fps, is something wrong or what is the problem
i would have though that the geforce would have gotten better fps

Could have been that vsync was turned on with the 5700LE.I think the 5700LE would be a better choice,especially if you can get a good oc out of it.
