I have never seen that particular claim before. However, I have used freepichosting.com in the past and it usually does the job just fine. There is some type of limit on file size but I have only run into it when trying to host a full screen shot. Smaller stuff usually goes through every time. Apart from that, what I have seen on thier website is that if you go over the transfer limit (which is in page hits not actual transfer amounts) they will watermark your pics until the end of the month. But that never happens if you just use it for forums.

www.njsr.org is NOT making that claim to my knowledge, but their upload is incredibly fast, there's no registration needed, and there's no size limit!
