Using stock heatsink I got my Radeon 9200SE video card (PCI) overclocked to 275core/200mem without any artifacts even after benchmarking in 3DMark01, 3DMark03 and AquaMark3 (all ran in succession). Anyway, I was wondering if with better cooling and ramsinks placed on the card would I be able to get a higher stable overclocking on this card? If so, what hsf would you suggest for the gpu and I was wondering if I could make ramsinks out of an old P1 heatsink and bond it to the ramchips using a thermal heatsink compound or would I need something better?

lol. Yes, generally speaking adding a bigger hsf and ramsinks to the memory if there arent already some in place will yeild you a higher OC. The only time that it wont help is if the GPU and memory are already close to thier max when running stock. That is why they make the SE series of cards, the chips are usually ones that where thrown into the SE bin because they didnt pass the tests at Pro or XT speeds. Sometimes though we get lucky and they simply use better chips to fill a particular market that has a call for the SE card.
