VGA Silencer Question for radeon ati 9550

ok got no power and not sure if i can use a wire converter from the big 4 pin to hook this up now
it is the regular vga silencer the first one

well to those before they reply not sure what power the mobo puts out for the fans yet after fuging what one was hot and the one for ground i kinda forced the 2 pin on it ( diff size pins ) and it powered up and changed speeds

now a lil research to see what i can clock it to

well after cutting the silencer to fit over some chips (the rev 3 already has the groove) the brackets do not line up with the dvi and crt hook ups
oh well :bang head
i wonder now if the new rev has the right bracket
