Disable Dr. Watson!

hi all i need to disable Dr. watson under windows2000 and i used to have a link to a website which gave tips on windows2000 and had this on it..can anyone give me a link to a website like that? or tell me how to disable dr. watson?any help or comments are greatly appreciated!

i want to disable it because it skrews up and takes up more time then it fixes..

the only reason i can see for disabling it would be to eliminate the 100meg log files it creates when something screws up.
