SP2 Blocking DOT tabs on display

A couple of weeks ago I asked for some help on getting back the DOT tabs on the display properties that just disapeered, since then I have discovered that if I uninstall SP2 the DOT tabs are available again. I have tried uninstalling the MSI VGA drivers, reinstalling XPSP2 and then reinstalling the MSI VGA drivers, after rebooting the DOT tabs are once again gone. I then uninstalled SP2, the DOT tabs are back I am now backing up all my files, I will then reinstall SP2 and see if this works, if anyone has any information that might help me I would be gratefull.

What are DOT tabs? Are you referring to the additional tabs that are added to the Display Properties after installing the MSI modded Nvidia display drivers? What additional features do the modded MSI drivers offer over the standard Nvidia display drivers?

The tabs offer overclocking options that are sort of a combination of coolbits and Powerstrip combined. While coolbits will only let you go so far without letting you test your settings the MSI DOT options will let you push the card as far as you want basically letting you see your mistakes but still have the ability to bring your VGA card back to stable operation.
