are my temps too hot?

i have a 1.4 ghz t-bird 266bus 128mb ram and my idle temps are around 45 C and w/ load about 51-52 C my fan is a globalwin wbk68 w/ artic silver applied
i am ordering more cooling for case and cpu, but until it arrives are these temps too hot? and what heatsink and hsf should i buy to get them lower?

Your HSF sound fine, the new CAK38 are also good.

Arctic Silver spread properly will give good heat dissipation.

Intake and outtake fans on the case and make sure the PSU fan is blowing out.

Looks good to me! Those temps look just like mine. I would think
that your new fans should bring your temps a little lower.
