I finished what is possibly the most ghetto water cooling setup in the world. I used a Danger Den Maze 4 for its high flow rate and lower cost. A heavily epoxied submersible 200 GPH fountain pump now runs inline. A hand built 1/16in steel shroud holds two 120mm 130cfm deltas 1.5in from a 77 B'ville core. No, I didn't mod the core. I just hacked off the tubes with a dremel and stretched the vinyl tubing over the inch or so of remaining tube. Oh, a DD polyethylene bayres lets the air out. The rad has absolutely nothing in front of it. I hacked the entire lower front out of a heavily modified old gateway server case I scored for free and stuck the heatercore in the hole. I wish I had a camera so you guys could see the level of skimping that went into this project. I spent about 110.00 US dollars on the entire project. The temps went from 53C idle and 60-61C load on air to 39 idle and 40.5 load. The temp difference didn't help my overclock though. The cheap mach-speed mobo was purchased before I got into overclocking and is absolutely useless for anything but stock speeds. Time to get a job I suppose. BTW this project has been in the making for over six months.

OK got piccys taken, but will be middle of the week before I can post them (parent's camera). One of the tubes were weird shaped after I dropped the heatercore and didn't seal well with a worm drive clamp. So I epoxied the adaptor into the tube. Its now leak free. All of those temps are actually about 4-5 degrees low (inaccurate sensor). They are with all fans at five volts however.

Alinosa, I'm not an expert by any means, but maybe something a little bigger than your bix would give better temps. From what ive gathered from thes forums, heatercores are a bit better than the black ice series.
