new thermaltake cpu fans

the thermaltake 60mm fan is rated 31cfm. i have heard that this is overrated. anyone know?

I got that fan the other day and it is no way near 31CFM.
Thermaltake are not a very good company, the HSFs aren't good and neither are the single fans!!

but blue orbs are good and so are their memory sinks, but that is about it
