Nice work. Might want to put some kind of grille on the end to keep stuff from hitting the fan.
I doubt I'd do something like that - I'd probably damage it by bumping it into something. :p

well i started the whole thing at 6 in the evening, i had to make a trip to lowes to get electrical tape cause i forgot to get it and then to wally world to get some caulking, well after 2 pots of coffe and 7 hours later i was done with it and fell asleep only to be woked up at 6 this morning with a terrible pain in my stomach, relieved myself and passed out again on my bed to wake up at noon :)

when i turn my comp off and plug in that fan there is air being pushed out of every hole in my case. do you think that is just a little too much ???

Which one.... the dining table or the desk?
And How do u cut holes? (in case + Glass)
How do u drill holes in glass?
-=HN=- Wild9
09-20-01, 10:59 AM
i use tin snips to cut the holes in my case
but alot of people use dremels,
as for glass well i would not have a clue as to how to cut it or pounch a hole in it,
oh yeah you can use a drill to drill a hole in your case, but make sure you take everything out of the case first.

before i even started cutting holes inm my case i wired the big ole fan up and had a diskette full of data that i put right next to the motor, i let it sit there an run for about 30 mins, came back and checked the disk, no data was lost so it was all good.

As for the hole cutting, I purchases a 92mm blowhole kit from here (http://www.caseetc.com/cgi-bin/caseetc/scan/sf=display/se=yes/se=Tools%20and%20Bits/sf=category/ml=15/tf=sku.html?id=oDMeobGM). Comes with the bit, hole cutter and all else. Used it to cut the holes in my case and the lexan for the window. You can probably find one at Lowes or Menards or wherever.
Like the fan mod, but dang, I don't have the room for something like that :p
