I have a Aopen HQ45 case which is 250W. Do you guys recomend 300W for a T-Bird 1400? I am using the computer for some gaming and stuff and only use one hard drive. I want to be able to overclock also. Will i be able to overclock better with 300W?

yes u should have at least a 300watt psu, if not more. even if ur not o/cing u still should have at least a 300watt psu

What video card are u using, if itīs a real powerhungry one like the Geforce 1 u should use 350 at least...
And when u purchase a new PSU, u could look out for one with an extra fan on the bottom.
I know from your other post, that u do still need some case cooling.
