Hi,
I was just thinking that it would be possible to use an air conditioner inside a computer case if the a/c unit were small enough.

This would deffinately cool to the max and if anyone has any idea please tell me!!

It would be possible, The problem I see would be condensation, and the actual size of the unit, I've seen where people have tied duct work into thier centralair units, ducts with filters and fans pumping cool air from the crawl space of the house to the case etc. The possibilities are endless, Here's a site that offers electrical panel air conditioner's thats worth a look, http://www.melcor.com/ssair.htm Basically these are Peltier air chillers, I've seen site's with how to's on homemade airchillers, some with ok results some not. Have you considered watercooling? Also there's alot of good result's with properly planned Forced air rig's.

I already started a thread like this before, but its burried somewhere.

Those electrical panel air conditioner's are like $200-$300 just for the small ones, not realy worth it. I heard that theirs a 6" fridge out, but I have no idea where to get it from.
