Always wanted a duallie but was out of my price range, anyway I have a contact who can get me some 1.6GHz pulled xeons for $100 (matched pair).

P4 Xeon 1.6GHz / 512KB L2 cache / 400MHz bus / 1.30v
sSpec: SL6XK
Core stepping D1
CPUID 0F29h
Part number RK80532EC025512
Package 604-pin FC-PGA2/mPGA

They do a guaranteed 3.2GHz at 1.6v with a PC-DL.

For graphic design and video editing think it would be a LOT better than the system in my sig? And would I be better with some cheap 3200 with this mobo?

It'll probably be better for video editing and graphics design. Mpeg-2 is the only codec i know that is actually multi-threaded when encoding, but either way, you can still encode 2 videos at once. And while encoding, you won't see as big a performance hit as compared to your AMD now because of the extra cpu.

I bought some geil pc3200 ram and it works fine for me. Its running at 220x15 right now, but you won't need outstanding ram anyways.
